I’ve just completed the Operating Systems fundamentals on Cisco Networking Academy. This is 1 out of 3 paths I’ve mapped out for my return.
Even while I was away from the tech scene, I stayed connected. In 2024, I completed Cisco’s course on basic networking principles. Because of that, networking is next on my list. This will mostly be a refresher, so it should take less time. I won’t be reposting the certificate here, but I’ve attached a verifiable Credly link in the comments.
Up next, I’ll be exploring Hardware and File Systems courses that offer a shareable certificate, which I’ll post here as I document my progress.
Hardware is familiar ground for me. I’ve worked as a hardware technician at VRA in Ghana and later at Bank of Africa Ghana, supporting hardware operations across all branches. My hands-on experience includes desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, e-zwich devices, and exposure to ATM systems under IT leadership.
This is about being deliberate, rebuilding strong foundations, and moving forward with intention.
